About Us

Empowerment Online was founded by Lilly J. Landikusic, LMFT. She graduated from the University of Utah and later earned her Masters from JFK University in Orinda California, in Counseling Psychology with a Holistic Specialization.​ Her work in innovative social services programs started when she was just 17 years old, driving her Tercel across the country to work as an Intern for a Ropes Course Social Skills Program. The youth were tried as adults for the seriousness of their crimes, but they were still clearly just kids.​From there Lilly was inspired to explore more about the root cause of social and mental health problems. She became highly interested in broad awareness, prevention and teaching models that focused on family systems and attachment theory with real world solutions for increasing outcomes for populations at the highest risk.
